universal tech started with a simple observation: software teams spend too much time wrestling with infrastructure and not enough time building products their customers love. Founded by engineers who lived that frustration firsthand, we set out to create a platform that handles the heavy lifting so development teams can focus on what they do best. Today, universal tech serves over 10,000 users across 45 countries, but our mission has not changed. We still build every feature with the same question in mind: does this help our customers ship better software, faster?

Alexandra co-founded universal tech after a decade leading product and engineering teams at two enterprise SaaS companies. She holds an MBA from Stanford and a computer science degree from MIT. Under her leadership, the company has grown from a five-person team to over 120 employees.

David oversees the platform architecture and engineering organization. Before universal tech, he spent eight years as a principal engineer at a major cloud provider, where he designed distributed systems serving millions of requests per second. He is a regular speaker at infrastructure and DevOps conferences.

Priya Sharma, VP of Engineering

Priya leads the day-to-day engineering operations, managing a team of over 60 engineers across four time zones. She previously built and scaled the backend platform at a high-growth fintech startup from seed stage through its Series C. She is passionate about engineering culture and developer experience.

MRHoP

Marcus Rivera, Head of Product

Marcus drives the product roadmap and works closely with customers to ensure every feature solves a real problem. He spent five years as a product lead at a developer tools company before joining universal tech. He is known for spending more time in customer calls than in internal meetings.
