Our Story

universal tech started with a simple observation: software teams spend too much time wrestling with infrastructure and not enough time building products their customers love. Founded by engineers who lived that frustration firsthand, we set out to create a platform that handles the heavy lifting so development teams can focus on what they do best. Today, universal tech serves over 10,000 users across 45 countries, but our mission has not changed. We still build every feature with the same question in mind: does this help our customers ship better software, faster?

Our Mission

We believe that powerful technology should be accessible to every team, not just those with massive budgets and dedicated DevOps departments. universal tech exists to democratize the tools and infrastructure that high-performing engineering organizations depend on. We measure our success not by revenue milestones, but by the number of teams we help move from idea to production without unnecessary friction.

Our Values

The principles that guide every decision we make

Innovation

We invest heavily in research and development because the problems our customers face tomorrow will not be solved by yesterday's technology. Our engineering team dedicates 20% of every sprint to exploring new approaches and emerging tools.

Reliability

When your business depends on our platform, uptime is not a feature -- it is a baseline expectation. We maintain redundant systems across multiple regions and run continuous chaos engineering tests to ensure resilience under real-world conditions.

Transparency

We publish our uptime metrics, share our product roadmap publicly, and communicate openly when things go wrong. Our customers deserve honest information, not corporate spin. Trust is earned through consistency, not marketing.
